• GP share will be based on 10% of the GP per new account for the first 12 months the account is with the agency, 5%  of GP per new account for the second 12 months the account remains with the agency

• Earns profit share on each new account they bring in for the first 24 months the account is with the agency, thereafter the profit share on the account falls away as the responsibility lies with the Client Service team to retain and grow the account and they are rewarded accordingly

• The GP share incentive is structured to incentivise and reward to keep bringing in new business, which is their only responsibility. Their annual earnings could easily exceed 500k to R1 million if they bring in 3-4 new accounts per year.

 

The ability to earn Equity is also on the table based on the following;

• 10% when they’ve brought in R20 million of new business

• Another 10% when they’ve brought in another R30 million, allowing them to earn a 20% stake in      the agency.
